Introduction

Located in the central suburb of Grafton, this park is the oldest and one of the largest in the city.

Spread in an area across 75 hectares, this park contains the explosion crater and tuff ring of the Pukekawa volcano.Have you heard the name of the Auckland war memorial? Yes, it is inside this park. So while visiting one place you may be enjoying the view of another place too. There is also a duck pond inside the park.

Why it is famous

 It is famous for various reasons. Many events are always held inside this famous place for tourists to enjoy and have fun. Christmas in the Park is highly anticipated and people come from various parts of the world to this place to enjoy. In 2005, the Red Bull Trolley Grand Prix was held here for tourists.

Ticket Price

Entrance is free but you may be charged some prices for visiting other places inside the park. The ticket price is applicable for viewing various attractions inside the park.
